Without knowing what you mean exactly by "developmental therapy", I would say anyone who is licensed within their scope of practice to provide the service can bill it. Vague, but true. Health/behavior intervention is when behavior is preventing someone from becoming well or managing their disease (the adolescent who is diabetic but refuses required insulin injections, for example), but who does not necessarily have a mental health diagnosis (you will bill using the physical diagnosis). You will need to check to see if this is a covered benefit, and if the insurance company restricts it to certain provider types (such as mental health providers). More info:
